Privacy Notice
This notice explains what this website collects, how that information is used, and how long it is kept. Integris does not sell personal information and does not use this site for advertising or tracking.
Who this notice covers
Integris Holdings, LLC operates this website. Integris Ventures and Integris AiQ are business names of Integris Holdings, LLC. Questions about this notice can be sent to jtaylor@e-locity.com or to Jason Taylor, Managing Member, 16 East 34th Street, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10016.
Information we collect
What you send us. When you submit an inquiry, we receive what you choose to enter: your name, work email, organization, and role, which are required; and phone number, website, links, and the description of your inquiry, which are optional or vary by inquiry type. Please do not include confidential or proprietary information in a first inquiry.
Technical information. Our hosting and email providers record ordinary request information — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — as part of delivering and protecting the site.
What we do not collect. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and builds no visitor profiles. Your browser stores one item locally — your scroll position — which never leaves your device.
How we use it
- To review your inquiry, route it to the right conversation, and respond.
- To keep a reasonable record of business correspondence.
- To protect the form from automated abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and inquiry submissions are not added to marketing lists.
Who else handles it
Two service providers process this information on our behalf, under their own contractual obligations: our website host, which serves the site and records request logs, and our email provider, which delivers your inquiry to us. Beyond that, we disclose information only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Protecting the form
To detect automated submissions, the server keeps a short-lived count of form activity — submission times, whether a submission was accepted or rejected, and the email address given — for up to 24 hours, and sends an internal alert if the pattern looks automated. These counts are held in server memory, not in a database, and are not used for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a relationship are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can recall prior correspondence, and are then deleted. Where an inquiry leads to an investment, an engagement, or another business relationship, the correspondence is retained as part of our business records for as long as that relationship and applicable law require. Provider request logs follow those providers' own retention schedules.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Inquiries are transmitted to our email provider over an encrypted connection; the credential for that provider is held in the hosting platform's secret storage and is never present in the website's code or in your browser. The site keeps no database of inquiries. Access to inquiry email is limited to Integris personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to jtaylor@e-locity.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live — for example, in California or the European Economic Area — you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority; we honor those rights where they apply.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
